Now, Xander’s mama, Chen Ping-Yi, she’s a whole ‘nother story. She’s from a place called Taiwan, that’s over in Asia somewhere. But she didn’t grow up there. She grew up in Japan, another place way over the water. Then she up and moved to America, met Xander’s daddy, and well, there you have it. So, Xander’s got that Taiwan blood in him, but he probably knows more about that Japan place since his mama lived there.
