Okay, so I’ve been meaning to upgrade my golf wardrobe for a while now. My old stuff was, well, let’s just say it wasn’t exactly turning heads on the course – unless it was for the wrong reasons! I finally decided to tackle this project, and here’s how it went down.

The Hunt Begins
First, I started by just browsing online. I didn’t really have a specific brand in mind, I just wanted to see what was out there. I looked at a bunch of different websites, some of the big sports stores, and even some dedicated golf shops online.
I quickly realized I needed to narrow things down. There’s just so much stuff! So, I decided to focus on a few key pieces:
- A couple of good, moisture-wicking polos. Gotta stay cool, you know?
- Some comfortable, but stylish, shorts. No more baggy cargo shorts for this guy!
- Maybe a light jacket or pullover, for those cooler mornings.
- A new golf hat, something simple.
Try-On Time(and fail)
I ordered a few things online, a total gamble, I know. I was hoping that i can get a fit size for my body, but the biggest problem is that it’s not fit, too large!
It’s so annoying, so I just returned it.
Success!
Then, I dragged myself to an actual store. After many try, I finally found my new golf clothing! I got two nice polos, one navy blue and one a lighter, kind of sporty-looking gray. They feel great, not that stiff, scratchy material. Then, I found some khaki shorts that actually fit well and look pretty sharp. And, score! I found a lightweight, zip-up jacket that’s perfect for those breezy days.

Oh, and my old hat got replaced. Found simple new one.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with how it all turned out. It took a little bit of effort, going from online browsing to an actual store, but I finally got some decent golf clothes that I feel good in. The old stuff, I just throw it away. No more embarrassing golf outfits for me!
