It looks like Georgia is playing in the College Football Playoff, which is a big deal, apparently. They’re the No. 2 seed and the SEC champs, whatever that means. Sounds impressive, though!
I dig a little deeper, and I find out they’re playing against Notre Dame. Some folks are calling it the Sugar Bowl, happening in New Orleans. Fancy! I see some numbers, like “Georgia by 1 1/2” and “O/U: 45.5.” No idea what those mean, but hey, numbers are numbers, right? Then there’s a date: Wednesday. Perfect, I’m free on Wednesday.
Now, the most important part – the channel. After more searching (my eyes are starting to hurt at this point), I discover the game is going to be broadcast live on ABC and ESPN. Yes! Finally, something concrete I can work with. It also says something about a commentary team with a guy named Sean. Cool, Sean, looking forward to hearing you talk about my Bulldogs.
