Okay, so I wanted to mess around with different stances in MLB The Show 23, specifically for legends. Here’s how I went about it.

Getting Started
First, I booted up the game and went straight to the main menu. You know, the place where you see all the modes and options. From there, I looked for something that said “Create” or “Rosters”. I think I clicked on the “Create” option, but don’t hold me to that.
Finding the Stance Options
Once I was in the creation area, I had to find the player customization section. It’s usually pretty obvious, something like “Edit Player” or “Player Appearance.” I clicked around a bit until I found it.
- I selected “Edit Player.”
- I picked a legend, just a random one to start, to see how the options look.
Experimenting with Stances
This is where the fun began. Within the player editing, there’s a section for batting stance. It might be under “Animations” or something similar. I found the stance options and just started messing around.
The game lets you choose from tons of preset stances, some of which are clearly modeled after real players. I tried out a few, switched back and forth, just to see how they looked with different legends. It was more about getting a feel for the options than anything else.
Saving My Changes(or not)
Honestly, I didn’t even save anything at this point. I was just experimenting. But if you find a stance you really like for a specific legend, make sure you hit that “Save” button! It’s probably at the bottom of the screen, or maybe you have to back out to a previous menu. Just don’t lose your changes!

That’s pretty much it. I spent a good chunk of time just tinkering with different *’s pretty straightforward, and it’s kind of cool to see how different stances change the look of your players.
