Alright, alright, let’s talk about this big ol’ boxing match, the one with Tyson Fury and that Usyk fella. They call it “Fury vs Usyk,” real clever, huh? Anyways, I heard they gonna have a whole bunch of fights before the big one. They call it the “undercard,” like it’s underneath the main event. Makes sense, I guess.
So, first up, there’s this fella, Isaac Lowe. They say he’s got a record like 25 wins and a couple losses, somethin’ like that. He’s gonna fight another guy, Lee McGregor. Don’t know nothin’ about them, but they gonna punch each other, that’s for sure. It’s always the way, ain’t it?
- Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk: This is the big one, for all the marbles, they say. Heavyweight title fight, whatever that means. Lots of belts on the line, shiny ones, I bet.
- Isaac Lowe vs. Lee McGregor: These fellas are starting things off. Gotta warm up the crowd, I reckon.
Then there’s gonna be more fightin’ after that. Some other big fellas, heavyweight they call ‘em. One’s a young fella, Moses Itauma, and he’s fightin’ a fella named Demsey McKean, who’s been around the block, you know? Sounds like a tough one for the young’un, but that’s how ya learn, I guess.
And then there’s two British fellas, Johnny Fisher and Dave Allen. British boys always put on a good show, they say. Lots of punchin’ and grunting, I imagine. I hope they don’t get too banged up, though. Moms worry, you know, even if they ain’t my boys.
They say this whole thing is gonna be in Saudi Arabia. Far away, ain’t it? I heard Tyson Fury’s wife, Paris, ain’t goin’ ‘cause she’s got a baby comin’ and her blood pressure’s high. Smart girl, stayin’ home and takin’ care of herself and that little one. Fighting’s for the fellas, anyways.
Speaking of Tyson Fury, they say he’s got a whole lotta money, like 50 million dollars or somethin’. That’s a lot of chickens, I tell ya! Guess that’s what happens when you get punched in the head for a living. Not for me, though. I’d rather stay home and watch my soaps.
So, this fight card, that’s what they call it, it’s got a bunch of fights. Some big, some not so big, but they’re all gonna be punchin’ and grapplin’ and tryin’ to knock each other out. It’s a whole spectacle, like a circus but with more blood. Not my cup of tea, but folks seem to like it.
And this ain’t the first time they fightin’, see? They talkin’ ’bout a Usyk vs. Fury 2 already, even before this one’s done! Like they already know they gonna do it again. These fellas and their fightin’, I swear. Can’t get enough of it, I guess. Me, I’m happy with a good cup of tea and a biscuit. But good for them, I reckon. Someone’s gotta do it, might as well be them.
They say the whole shebang, the undercard and the main event, it’s gonna start around seven o’clock over in England. That’s like, late afternoon here, I think. And the big fight, with Fury and Usyk, that ain’t gonna happen ‘til near midnight over there. So, it’s gonna be a long night for them folks watchin’. Me? I’ll be in bed long before that, thank you very much.
So, yeah, that’s the scoop on this Fury-Usyk fight card thing. Lots of fightin’, lots of fellas gettin’ punched, and a whole lotta money changin’ hands. Hope them fellas don’t get hurt too bad, and I hope that Paris fella has her baby safe and sound. And that’s all I got to say about that.
