Okay, guys, let’s talk about Tennis TV. I’m a huge tennis fan, so naturally, I wanted to find a way to watch all the matches. I started looking into it, and boy, it’s a bit of a maze.
First off, I went straight to the source – the official Tennis TV website. I figured they’d have all the info I needed. I found out that they have a couple of options: a monthly subscription and an annual one.
- Monthly: Seemed like the way to go if you’re not sure. It’s around $14.99 a month. Not too bad, right?
- Annual: This one’s a bit more of a commitment. It’s about $119.99 for the whole year. But hey, if you’re a die-hard fan like me, it’s actually cheaper in the long run. I did the math!
I also checked out some other places, like if you can get it through YouTube TV or DirectTV Now. Yeah, they have the Tennis Channel, but not the same as Tennis TV. YouTube TV is about $40 a month, which is way more than Tennis TV. I quickly crossed that one off the list.
Then, I got curious about devices. Like, where can I watch this thing? Turns out, they’ve got an app – the Tennis Channel app. I downloaded it on my phone (it works on iOS and Android, by the way). They also support Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and Samsung Smart TVs. Pretty much everything I have, so that’s good. I even tried out the app on my friend’s smart TV. Worked like a charm.
Now, here’s a little thing I found out. They have a free trial, but you can only sign up for it on the Tennis TV website. I thought that was a bit weird, but okay. Once you start the trial, you can watch on all your devices. So, I signed up for the trial on my laptop, and then I could watch on my phone and TV, no problem.
One More Thing
I was thinking, “I’m already an Amazon Prime Video customer, can I just watch it there?” Nope. They’re totally separate. You gotta subscribe to Tennis TV directly. Bummer, but it is what it is. I ended up going for the annual subscription, since I know I’ll be watching a lot of tennis. Plus, I don’t wanna miss any of the big tournaments. So, that’s my journey to figuring out Tennis TV pricing. It’s not too complicated once you get into it. If you’re a tennis nut like me, it’s definitely worth checking out!
