Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this Starfield game, and let me tell you, finding the Charybdis system was a real pain in the neck. I spent hours, I swear, just poking around the star map, trying to figure out where the heck it was.
At first, I was like, “Okay, no big deal, I’ll just zoom in and find it, right?” Wrong! This thing was hiding from me like it owed me money. I was zooming in, zooming out, panning around, and nothing. It was like the system just vanished.
Then I figured, “Maybe it’s one of those deals where you gotta find it on a specific planet.” So, I started checking out all these planets, one by one. I landed on Charybdis V, thinking that had to be it. Started exploring, doing the whole survey thing, checking out the plants and animals. Cool stuff, but still no closer to figuring out the whole system situation.
My Frustration with the Game
- Tried zooming in, didn’t work.
- Tried zooming out, that’s how I finally found it.
- Explored Charybdis V thinking that was the trick.
- Checked out the plants and animals, they were pretty neat, but not what I was really looking for.
I learned that there are a ton of planets and moons in this system, like 9 planets and 10 moons. That’s a lot of space to cover. The starmap is kinda wonky, I guess. It’s not super intuitive, at least not to me.
Finally, after what felt like forever, I decided to just zoom all the way out on the map. And guess what? There it was! The Charybdis system, hiding in plain sight. It turns out that if you’re zoomed in even a little, the system just disappears from the map. Talk about frustrating!
So, yeah, that’s my story of finding the Charybdis system in Starfield. If you’re having trouble finding it, just remember to zoom all the way out. Don’t make the same mistake I did and waste a bunch of time searching the wrong way.
