Well, that Genshin Impact, my grandson keeps talking about it. Says I gotta take pictures of dogs. Two types, he says. Sounds silly to me, but gotta keep that boy happy. So, dogs in this game thing, huh?
Finding Them Dogs
He told me ’bout some fancy place, Fontaine, Court of Fontaine. Said there’s a fast way to get there, something ’bout teleport. Sounds like magic to me. Anyway, I guess you go there, to that place near the… what’s it called… the Adventure thingy. Guild, that’s it. Adventurer’s Guild.
Then, you just gotta walk. Walk the right way, he said. Keep walking till you see them dogs. One’s a poodle, fancy name for a dog, if you ask me. A gentleman one, and a lady one. Right there by the road. Easy peasy, just gotta take a picture with that in-game camera. Not like the old days, with the film and all that.
Them Fancy Dogs in Fontaine
So these dogs, these poodles, they’re somethin’ else. All groomed and proper. Not like the dogs back home, running ’round in the mud. These ones are probably used to the high life, eatin’ fancy food and all. I bet they even got their own little beds.

Dogs All Over, I Reckon
But them ain’t the only dogs, I hear. This game’s got dogs all over. In, uh, Lee-you, and Mon-stat, or somethin’ like that. Names gettin’ harder to remember these days. But yeah, dogs there too. And these ones, they follow you around. Like real dogs, you know?
They get close, they chase you, play around, jump, lay down, even sniff your feet! Just like the dogs back home, ‘cept these ones are made of, uh, computer stuff, I guess. But they act real enough. My grandson, he loves ’em. Spends hours on that game.
More Than Just Poodles
So, it ain’t just them fancy poodles, there are other types of dogs. That’s what the boy said. Two types for this picture thing. But I bet there’s more. Big ones, small ones, maybe even some that look like our old Buster. Miss that dog.
This whole Genshin Impact photograph thing, it’s a bit much for me. But the boy, he gets so excited. He said there was somethin’ about birds too. But today it is dogs. Gotta take pictures of them dogs. Two types, he says, to get some kinda reward. Some trinkets or somethin’.
These Genshin Impact dogs might be all fancy and made of computer stuff, they still remind me of real dogs. That’s kinda nice, I guess. You need to take photograph. Photograph is a good thing.
This Whole Event Thing
He was talkin’ ’bout some event, too. Some big name, Trillion somethin’ Trawl. Sounds fishy to me. But I guess you gotta take pictures of things, dogs, birds, maybe even fish, who knows. All for this event. Kids these days and their events. Back in my day, we just had chores.
But hey, if it makes him happy. He says it’s the second stage, this dog picture thing. So I guess there was somethin’ before, and maybe somethin’ after. Who knows. I just gotta help him with these dogs. Two types. Got it.
Easiest way, he said, is these poodles. Right there in Fontaine. Just gotta teleport, walk a bit, and snap a picture. Then I guess we’re done with the dogs. Maybe then it’ll be birds. Or fish. Or who knows what else this game has in store.
It is all about photograph dogs. So many dogs in Genshin Impact. You need to find them. Then you take a picture. Two types of dogs, remember? It is easy.
One more thing, there is a camera on the top left. You can use it to take pictures. That is what my grandson said. I do not know what he means, but you probably know it.
Anyway, gotta go. Need to tell the boy I figured out this dog thing. He’ll be so proud. Maybe he’ll even show me how to take the pictures myself. Wouldn’t that be somethin’? An old lady like me, playing this fancy game. This Genshin Impact is sure somethin’. Good luck, take your photos!
