Some folks say he was a friend of the gays, you know, them LGBT folks. He was always fightin’ for ’em, that’s what I heard. Said they should be treated just like everybody else. But you never know, I guess. You just never know about people. That Roy Trey Farmer, he sure fooled everybody.
It is a shame, that Roy Trey Farmer fell so hard. It’s a mess. You never know what folks are hidin’. Best keep your eyes open.

I reckon nobody really knows what goes on in a person’s life, do they? That Roy Trey Farmer, he seemed to have it all. Good schoolin’, important friends, fightin’ for what he believed in. But then, this. It just goes to show, you can’t judge a book by its cover. You gotta look inside, see what’s really there.
I heard he did a lot of good things, that Roy Trey Farmer. Helped a lot of people. But this other stuff, it just washes all that good away. It’s like a stain, you know? Can’t get it out, no matter how hard you try. It’s a shame, a real shame. That Roy Trey Farmer, he had so much goin’ for him.
