Okay, guys, let’s talk about what I did today with this “Content Warning” game and how I got the CDKEY.
So, I saw some folks online talking about this game, “Content Warning.” Sounds fun, right? You and your friends film spooky stuff and try to become famous on SpookTube. I was like, “Yeah, I gotta try this.”
Find a Good Deal
First thing, I started looking around for the best price. I mean, who wants to pay full price, am I right? I checked a bunch of sites, and finally, I saw that one place, HRK, had it for like $5.86. Pretty good, huh? But I also saw it on another site called Gamesplanet and Gameseal and even Steam directly.
Buy and Get the Key
After some price compare, I finally decided to buy it from Gameseal because I just trust it from my past experience. I clicked through, paid up, and boom – I got the Steam key right away. They said it would be “immediately after payment,” and they weren’t lying.
The Game Itself
So the game is all about filming scary stuff with your friends. I saw online that you can customize your face with some ASCII thing, which sounds pretty cool. The idea is to make these videos and get famous on SpookTube. It’s a co-op horror game, so you’re not supposed to go alone. You need your friends to do those scary things together and make sure you got footages.
Why This Game?
I read some descriptions. They talked about “Intense Horror Atmosphere.” Yeah, I like scary stuff. And “Viral Video Mechanics.” That sounds fun, trying to make your videos go viral. I mean, who doesn’t want to be internet famous, even if it’s just in a game?
Steam Key Stuff
Okay, so about the Steam key. When I bought it, I got this code. This is the CDKEY, also called “Product Key” I guess. You put it into Steam, and then you can download and play the game. It’s like a digital ticket. It said “Content Warning (PC) Steam Key GLOBAL,” so I guess that means it works anywhere in the world.
Other Things I Noticed
While I was looking around, I saw some other stuff. Like, they had a “Gift Guide” and talked about “X-mas gifts” and a “Winter Sale.” Maybe I’ll get some games for my friends for Christmas.
