Alright, so today I wanna talk about this game called Loldle. I gave it a shot, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. Here’s how it went down.
What is Loldle?
First off, Loldle is this web-based game that’s all about League of Legends. Basically, you gotta guess the champion based on different clues. They’ve got a few modes, like guessing from a quote, an ability icon, or even a splash art. I jumped right in, eager to test my LoL knowledge.
My First Try
I started with the classic mode. The first clue was a quote, something like, “I’d rather make mistakes than make nothing at all.” It sounded familiar, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I typed in a few random champions that popped into my head, like Ezreal and Ekko, but no luck. Then, it hit me – it’s gotta be Illaoi! And bam, I got it right. Felt pretty good, not gonna lie.
Getting Tricky
Next up was the ability icon mode. Now, this one was tough. They showed this icon that looked like a whirlwind or something. I was stumped. I went through all the champions I could think of that have some kind of AoE ability. Yasuo? Nope. Riven? Nah. I even guessed some obscure ones like Anivia. I started to sweat a bit.
- Tried Yasuo – wrong
- Tried Riven – nope
- Even tried Anivia – still nothing
The Splash Art Challenge
Finally, I moved on to the splash art mode. They showed a cropped part of a splash, and let me tell you, some of these are hard to recognize when you only see a tiny piece. The first one was a piece of armor, looked kinda blueish. I thought maybe it’s a champion from Demacia. Garen? Too easy. Then I figured, it could be Shen! And bingo, got it.
But then came a real head-scratcher. It was just a blur of colors, red and black. I was like, what in the world is this? I guessed a bunch of champions with red or black in their color schemes, like Vladimir and even Zed. Nothing worked.
The Final Guess
After a few more rounds, I was starting to get the hang of it. I realized some of the clues are pretty tricky, but if you think about it long enough, you can usually figure it out. I even got a few guesses right on the first try, which felt amazing. It’s like, yeah, I know my stuff!
In the end, I didn’t get them all right, but I had a blast playing. It’s a fun way to test your League of Legends knowledge and kill some time. Plus, it makes you appreciate the game’s design and lore even more. If you’re a LoL fan, you should definitely give Loldle a try. Just be prepared to scratch your head a few times!
So that’s my Loldle story. It was a fun ride, filled with some “aha!” moments and a few facepalms. Definitely recommend it if you’re into League of Legends. Give it a shot, and let me know how you do!
