Okay, so the other day I was just kicking back, watching some old wrestling clips, you know? And Randy Orton popped up. Got me thinking, like, has this guy done any movies? Cena’s done a bunch, The Rock’s obviously huge now. So, I got curious about Orton.

I just grabbed my tablet and started searching. Didn’t do anything fancy, just typed in stuff like “randy orton films” or “movies with randy orton”. Pretty basic.
First thing I noticed was a movie called 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded. Yeah, that rang a bell. Seemed like one of those WWE Studios things, straight-up action. Made sense for him. I figured that was probably his main kind of role.
Kept scrolling around. Then I saw The Condemned 2. Okay, another sequel, another action flick. Seemed like a pattern here. WWE finding vehicles for their guys. Nothing wrong with that, I guess. It’s what they do.
Digging a Bit More
I thought, is that really it? Felt like there might be more. So I tried slightly different searches, maybe looking at cast lists or something. And I stumbled upon one called That’s What I Am. Now this one seemed different. Looked like more of a drama, maybe? Saw Ed Harris was in it too. That surprised me a little. Probably not a huge part for Orton, I figured, but still, different from the action stuff.
Then I kinda remembered hearing ages ago about him being in one of The Marine movies. But wait, no. I double-checked that. Turns out he was supposed to be in The Marine 2, but he got injured or something beforehand, and they replaced him. Yeah, Ted DiBiase Jr. ended up doing that one. So, had to cross that off the mental list.

Found one more eventually – Changeland. Seth Green directed it. Didn’t even know Orton was connected to that one. Looked like a smaller, maybe indie kind of movie. Another smaller role, I guess.
So, What’s the List?
After poking around for a bit, here’s what I basically found he was actually in:
- 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded
- The Condemned 2
- That’s What I Am
- Changeland
So yeah, not exactly a Hollywood A-lister filmography, you know? Mostly the action roles you’d expect from a WWE star, plus a couple of smaller parts in other things. It was an interesting little rabbit hole to go down for a few minutes, just seeing what came up. Satisfied my curiosity, anyway.
