Alright, so the whole thing with Liv Morgan finally getting that Women’s World Championship back… it was something I made sure to catch live. Wasn’t gonna miss seeing how they handled it this time around, you know? The whole “Revenge Tour” thing she’s been doing, you kinda had a feeling it was leading somewhere big at King and Queen of the Ring.

Getting Set Up
First off, had to make sure the stream was working. You know how these things can be. Fired up Peacock well before the main show started. Did the usual checks – internet speed okay? TV connected right? Didn’t want any buffering during the big moments. Grabbed some snacks, nothing fancy, just the usual chips and stuff. Settled onto the couch. The pre-show was on, just background noise mostly while I scrolled through my phone, seeing what people were predicting.
Watching the Match Unfold
When her match against Becky Lynch finally started, I put the phone down. Paid proper attention. It was a solid match, gotta say. Both of them were putting in the work. Becky’s always reliable, and Liv was definitely playing up that unhinged character she’s got going on. They went back and forth, couple of near falls that got me leaning forward. You could feel the crowd was into it too, even through the screen.
Then came the part everyone kinda expected but still wanted to see how it played out. Dominik Mysterio. He popped up, slid that chair in. At first, I thought Becky was gonna use it, make Liv’s “revenge” thing backfire. But nope. Becky hesitated, Liv hit her finisher onto the chair, and bang. New champion.
The Aftermath and Thoughts
So, Liv won. But man, the way it happened… it felt a bit cheap, didn’t it? With Dom helping out. I get it, it fits her new character, adds heat, continues the Judgment Day story. But part of me wanted to see her win it clean, you know? Prove she could do it on her own against someone like Becky.
Immediately after the pin, I did grab my phone. Wanted to see the immediate reactions online. Place was already buzzing, split down the middle pretty much. Some loved the storytelling, others hated the interference finish for a world title. Standard wrestling fandom stuff, really.
- Checked a couple of forums.
- Scrolled through Twitter for a bit.
- Sent a quick text to a buddy who also watches.
It’s done, she’s the champ again. The whole process of watching it live, seeing the predictable interference, the win, the instant online debate… it’s the routine of being a fan these days, I suppose. You tune in, you watch the story play out, you react, you see what everyone else thinks. It was an interesting night of viewing, definitely got people talking, which is probably what they wanted. Just another Saturday night watching the wrestling show.
