Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “liv love” thing. I’ve been seeing it pop up here and there, and I figured, why not give it a shot? It’s all about, like, appreciating the little things, right?

Getting Started
First, I woke up. Sounds basic, I know, but usually, I’m hitting snooze a million times. Today, I actually got out of bed when the alarm went off. Huge win!
Finding the Small Joys
- I made myself a cup of coffee. Not just any coffee, though. I used the fancy beans I usually save for “special occasions.” Why not make today special?
- Then, I sat down by the window and just looked outside. I usually rush through my mornings, but I actually took the time to notice the trees and the birds.
- I went for a walk.
It wasn’t a power walk or anything, just a nice stroll.I did notice it when I just walked.
Connecting with Myself
Next, I decided to do some journaling. I’m not usually a “journal person,” but I just grabbed a notebook and started writing. Whatever came to mind, I put it down on paper.
It wasn’t anything profound, just my thoughts and feelings. But it felt good to get it all out.

Spreading the Love
Later, I called my mom. We don’t talk as often as we should, so I made a conscious effort to reach out. We chatted for a good hour, just catching up.
Reflecting on the Day
At the end of the day, I realized that “liv love” isn’t about some grand gesture. It’s about finding joy in the everyday moments. It’s about being present and appreciating what you have.
Will I do this every day? Maybe not perfectly. But I’m definitely going to try to incorporate more of these little moments into my life. It actually made a difference in my mood, and who wouldn’t want that?
