My Little Dive into Who Max Scherzer’s Wife Is
Alright, so the other day, Max Scherzer’s name came up, maybe I saw a highlight or something. And it just popped into my head, you know, you hear about these big-name players, but what about their families? Specifically, his wife. I didn’t know much, maybe just that he had one. So, I thought, let’s make this a little project, a small practice session for myself to see what I could find out. Just satisfying some curiosity.
So, I sat down, ready to do a quick search. Figured it’d be simple. First step was just getting her name right. I vaguely remembered hearing it, maybe Erica? Yeah, Erica May-Scherzer. Got that confirmed pretty fast.
But then I started actually looking into things. It wasn’t just about a name. You start reading bits and pieces. It reminded me of this time I was trying to figure out how my neighbor fixed his fence because mine was falling apart – you start looking for one thing and end up learning about different types of wood, screws, post techniques… it spirals, but in a good way.
