And they say there’s a whole bunch of places you can go to learn this kickin’ stuff in Federal Way. They got names like, uh… BestHour Kickboxing. Sounds fancy, don’t it? “Best Hour.” Like you’re gonna be some kinda super kicker in just an hour. I dunno ‘bout that.
Then there’s this Team SNRG. What kinda name is that, “SNRG”? Sounds like somethin’ you put in your car, not somethin’ you do with your body. But hey, maybe it’s good. People seem to like it. They say it’s one of the best places to go for kickboxing in Federal Way.

Then you got places like FitTheorem and iLoveKickboxing. “Love Kickboxing”? Well, I guess some folks do. Me? I love a good cup of coffee and a piece of pie, but to each their own, I always say. And Benavidez Sports… that sounds like a fella’s name, don’t it? Maybe he’s a good kicker, who knows. And then there’s 9Round Kickboxing Fitness, somethin’ ‘bout doin’ it in rounds. Like a boxing match, I reckon.
They say this BestHour Kickboxing place is on 324th Street. Studio A4, they call it. Pacific Avenue, too. Fancy address for a kickin’ place. And I heard tell that iLoveKickboxing in Federal Way is a real good choice for gettin’ in shape. Folks say the trainers are somethin’ special. Better be, for the prices they charge, I betcha.
And this BestHour place… they claim to be the number one fitness program for “stunning results.” Stunning, huh? Guess that means you’ll be lookin’ mighty fine after all that kickin’. Or maybe just knocked silly, I dunno. They also say it’s for men, women, and even those young whippersnappers, the teens. Started back in 2016, so they’ve been around a while, I guess.
So, there you have it. That’s all I know about this kickboxing in Federal Way. Sounds like you got plenty of choices. Just pick one and start kickin’, I guess. But be careful, now. Don’t wanna go breakin’ nothin’ important. And remember, I didn’t tell you nothin’, you hear? This is just… well, just somethin’ I heard on the wind.
