Alright, listen up, y’all. Gonna tell ya ’bout this tennis gal, Jelena Ostapenko. Folks keep askin’ me, “Who’s gonna win?” Well, hold yer horses, I ain’t no fancy fortune teller, but I can tell ya what I see.

Heard she’s playin’ some gal named Yulia Putintseva at Wimbledon, too. That’s over in England, I think. Fancy place with them kings and queens. Anyway, this Yulia, she’s from Kazakhstan. Another far-off place. Don’t know much about her, but if Jelena plays her cards right, she might just win.
Then there’s this other gal, Naomi Osaka. Folks are bettin’ on her, sayin’ she’s got a better chance of winnin’. Gave her some fancy number, 58% or somethin’. Sounds like a lot, but numbers ain’t everything, I always say. Sometimes, it’s just about who wants it more. And Jelena, she wants it bad, I can tell.
They call Jelena the 10th seed sometimes, too. Confusin’, ain’t it? All these numbers and seeds. Just means she’s good, real good. One of the best, they say. But bein’ good ain’t enough. You gotta be tough, gotta be smart, gotta be lucky too, I reckon.
So, what’s my prediction? Well, like I said, I ain’t no fortune teller. But if I had to put my money on it, I’d say Jelena’s got a fightin’ chance. She’s a tough one, that’s for sure.
