Alright, so I wanted to add some fun to my website, and I thought, “Why not try those cool Fortnite emojis?” I mean, who doesn’t love a good Llama or Dab, right? So, I started this little project, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a ride.
Finding the Goods
First things first, I needed to get my hands on those emojis. I did some digging around, you know, the usual Google searches.I found out that they are images, and I gotta grab the actual image files.
The Implementation Struggle
Okay, I’ve got the images. Now, how do I actually get them onto my site? I’m no coding expert, but I know the basics.I thought about using it as a background image. After all, that’s how I add most images.
I opened up my text editor and started playing around.
- Tried `img` and put all the images that I want to show in my website.
The “Aha!” Moment
I can change the images whatever I want!
It wasn’t super smooth,I must to change image name in the code, but that way made me see the finish line.
Showing Off the Goods
Finally, after all that tinkering, I got the emojis working! It’s not rocket science, I’ll admit, but seeing those little Fortnite characters on my site makes me pretty happy. It’s the little things, you know?
So, that’s my Fortnite emoji adventure. It was a fun little side project, and it taught me a thing or two along the way. Maybe I’ll try adding some animated GIFs next… who knows!
