Then came the fun part – extracting everything. Figured I’d just unzip it like any other file. Nope! Turns out, I needed some special software to handle this thing. Ended up Googling around for a bit, found 7-Zip. Installed it, and finally, I could see all the files. Felt like Indiana Jones discovering some ancient artifact, I tell ya.
Next up: the installation. This wasn’t just a simple “double-click and done” situation. There were folders to move, files to overwrite, and a whole lotta reading involved. I actually had to RTFM for once! Followed the instructions step-by-step. Moved this folder here, copied that file there. It was like performing brain surgery with a spoon, slow and careful.
Of course, nothing ever goes smoothly for me. Hit a snag when some files refused to overwrite. Permission issues, naturally. Had to go into the security settings, grant myself full control, the whole shebang. Finally got everything copied over, sweating bullets the whole time.
