Alright, guys, so I’ve been diving deep into Destiny 2 lately, and one thing that’s been bugging me is figuring out the best armor combinations. You know, trying to max out those stats without looking like a total clown. I heard about this “Destiny 2 armor simulator” thing and figured I’d give it a shot. Here’s how it went down:

First, I just did a simple search. Typed in “Destiny 2 armor simulator” and boom, a bunch of stuff popped up. I picked one that looked, well, not too sketchy. I’m no computer whiz, so I needed something user-friendly.
Once I got on the site, it asked me for some basic info. Like, which character class I’m playing (Hunter all the way, baby!), and what Exotic armor piece I wanted to build around. I’m currently rocking the St0mp-EE5, so I selected that.
Figuring things Out
Then came the fun, and slightly confusing, part. The simulator presented me with a ton of options. I had to choose which stats I cared about most. Mobility, Resilience, Recovery, Discipline, Intellect, and Strength. It’s like, dude, I want them all! But, realistically, I knew I had to prioritize.
I spent a good chunk of time just playing around with the sliders. Moving them up and down, seeing how it affected the overall build. I aimed for high Mobility and Recovery, because, you know, gotta be quick on my feet. And staying alive is kinda important too.
The cool thing is, the simulator shows you all the possible armor combinations that fit your criteria. It even tells you where to get those pieces! Whether it’s from a specific raid, a dungeon, or just random world drops. Super helpful for a sometimes-forgetful-Guardian like myself.

My Build
It generated a bunch of options. I picked the one that looked the best, stat-wise, it gave me:
- Mobility: 100
- Resilience: 40
- Recovery: 100
After messing around for, I don’t know, maybe an hour or two (time flies when you’re geeking out), I finally settled on a build. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a heck of a lot better than what I was rocking before. I had a clear plan of attack of which armor pieces to focus to min-max my stats.
So yeah, that’s my experience with the Destiny 2 armor simulator. It’s definitely a useful tool, especially if you’re into min-maxing your stats. It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you figure it out, it’s pretty sweet. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go grind for some armor!
