Okay, so I’ve been seeing these Fortnite Series 3 trading cards popping up everywhere, and my inner collector just had to get in on the action. I mean, who doesn’t love the thrill of opening a new pack of cards, right?
Getting Started
First things first, I hit up my local stores. Checked the usual spots – you know, the big retailers, and I had no luck. But after searching for many days I finally find it!
The Hunt
I grabbed a few packs, not going too crazy at first. Needed to, like, test the waters, you know? The packs themselves looked pretty cool, with all the Fortnite branding and stuff. I always get a little giddy ripping open a new pack.
Opening the Packs
- The Feel: The cards themselves have a decent feel. Not super flimsy, but not, like, premium cardboard either.
- The Designs: Okay, the designs are pretty sweet. They’ve got characters, skins, and scenes from the game. Some of them have this shiny, holographic effect, which is a nice touch.
- The Variety: There seems to be a good mix of cards. I pulled some common ones, some rarer ones, and even a couple of those special holographic cards.

Organizing and Collecting
After I opened all my packs, I laid them all out. Gotta see what I got, right? I started sorting them – by character, by rarity, just trying to get a handle on my starting collection.
The Results
Honestly, it was a blast. It’s such a simple thing, but cracking open those packs and seeing what I got was super fun. Reminded me of being a kid again. Plus, now I have a new thing to collect! I’m definitely going to be picking up more packs and seeing if I can complete the set. Wish me luck!
