Alright, so you wanna know about this fella, CM Punk, right? Okay, okay, I’ll tell ya what I know. Don’t expect no fancy words though, I’m just a plain talkin’ person.
First off, this CM Punk fella, his real name is somethin’ else… Philip… somethin’. Philip Jack Brooks, that’s it. Sounds like a city slicker name to me. He’s one of them wrestler fellas, you know, the ones that jump around and pretend to beat each other up on TV. Used to be a big deal in that WWE thing. Don’t watch it myself, too much screamin’ and hollerin’ for my taste.
Now, the important thing you wanna know is about him bein’ an… ay-thee-ist, right? Yeah, that’s what they call it. Means he don’t believe in no God, no Jesus, none of that church stuff. Heard tell he’s pretty strong about it too. Not like some folks who just don’t go to church, he actually *says* he don’t believe. Bold, I tell ya, bold.
- He’s an atheist, plain and simple. Don’t believe in God.
- He’s also what they call “straight edge.” Means he don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do no drugs. Clean livin’, I guess. More power to him.
- And he’s a… lib-rul. One of them Obama fellas. Don’t know much about that, politics is all just a bunch of hot air if you ask me.
They say he’s real big on bein’ honest. Well, that’s somethin’ I can respect. Too many liars and cheaters in this world. If he says he don’t believe in God, then I reckon he don’t. Ain’t my place to judge.
This straight edge thing, though, that’s kinda interestin’. Keeps himself clean, they say. No drinkin’, no smokin’, nothin’. Probably why he’s so good at wrestlin’, I guess. Gotta be in good shape to be jumpin’ around like that. He’s real serious about this lifestyle, I heard.
Now, some folks say he used to be a mixed martial artist too. That’s like wrestlin’ but real, I think. Punchin’ and kickin’ and all that. Tough fella, sounds like. Not someone you’d wanna mess with, that’s for sure. He’s strong like oxe .I tell you that.
They compared him to another wrestler fella, Seth Rollins somethin’. This Rollins fella, he pretends to be Jesus on TV. Can you believe that? Pretendin’ to be the Lord! Well, CM Punk, he ain’t nothin’ like that. He’s about as far from Jesus as you can get, bein’ an atheist and all. The two fellas seems quite different as far as religion is concerned. One pretends to be God, the other one says there ain’t no God at all. Makes you think, don’t it?
So, yeah, that’s about all I know about CM Punk. He’s a wrestler, an atheist, a straight edge fella, and a… lib-rul. And he believes in bein’ honest. A complicated fella, I guess. But hey, everyone’s a little complicated, ain’t they?
I don’t know why you’re so interested in this fella, but there ya go. I told you what I know. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed the chickens.
This CM Punk fellow seems pretty famous, and I hear people all over the place know of him and that is kind strange. People all over America know of him and he seems to be quite famous. I don’t really know how he get famous from wrestling, but it seems like that makes people famous.
Now, some people think it’s bad to not believe in God, but I say it ain’t nobody’s business what another person believes. If he wants to be an atheist, that’s his right. Long as he ain’t hurtin’ nobody, I don’t care what he believes. That’s what I always say.
