Well, let me tell ya about this Elden Ring magic, it’s a real head-scratcher, but I figured some things out, ya know?
First off, get yourself a good staff. Don’t go wastin’ your time with them flimsy sticks. Heard tell there’s this “Meteriorite Staff” – sounds fancy, huh? They say it’s got that “S” thingamajig for smarts, and it makes them gravity spells hit harder. I ain’t no scholar, but more power is always good, right? So, find that staff, lickety-split!
- Get the Meteriorite Staff.
- It makes gravity spells stronger.
- It’s got good “S” scaling for smarts.
Now, about them spells. There’s a whole heap of ’em, sorceries and incantations, they call ’em. Sorceries, them’s the brainy ones, need lots of smarts. Incantations, well, them’s more about faith, like believin’ in somethin’ bigger than yourself. Each one costs somethin’ called “FP,” whatever that means. The more powerful the spell, the more FP it eats up, I reckon. And some spells need ya to be stronger or smarter to even use ’em.
Some spells are slow as molasses. You’d be standin’ there wavin’ your stick around like a fool, and a monster would just smack ya silly. But them smart folks figured out a trick. You cast a fast spell first, then bam! Sling that slow one right after. It’s like trickin’ the spell into hurryin’ up. Faster spells also let ya get outta the way quicker if somethin’ nasty comes chargin’ at ya, or let ya throw more spells, too. Makes sense, right?
Now, about makin’ yourself stronger. Don’t be a wimp, put some points into that “Vigor” thing. That’s what makes ya tough, lets ya take a punch or two. After that, if you’re into them sorceries, pump up your “Intelligence.” That’s your brainpower, makes them spells pack a wallop. Then you gotta think about “Mind,” that’s for your FP, so you can cast more spells before gettin’ tired. And lastly, put some points into “Endurance,” so you ain’t huffin’ and puffin’ after runnin’ around for a bit.
Here’s how I do it: Vigor first, then Intelligence, then Mind, and lastly Endurance. That way, you’re tough enough to survive, smart enough to cast good spells, got enough juice to cast a bunch of ‘em, and can run around without passin’ out. Makes sense to an old woman like me.
And another thing, you gotta explore! Don’t just sit around waitin’ for things to happen. Crawl into every hole, every cave, every spooky tunnel. There’s stuff hidden everywhere, spells, staffs, who knows what else. And them “summoning pools”? Use ’em! Help other folks out, and they’ll help you. You’ll get stronger faster that way, and you won’t have to waste time grinding for them “runes.” And that “hunter ring”? Wear it! Go help folks beat up monsters, it’s good for ya!
Faster cast speed is mighty important. Like I said, you don’t wanna be standin’ there like a scarecrow waitin’ for a spell to go off. Fast castin’ means you can dodge quicker, move around better, and throw more spells at them beasties. So, keep an eye out for things that speed up your castin’, they’re worth their weight in gold, I tell ya.
So that’s the gist of it, as far as I can tell. Get a good staff, figure out which spells you like, make yourself tough, explore everywhere, and help folks out. And don’t forget to make them spells faster! It ain’t rocket science, even an old woman like me can figure it out. Now go on, git! Go play your Elden Ring and sling some spells around.
