Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff online about Dawn Staley’s health, and honestly, it got me a little curious. I mean, she’s such a powerhouse coach, you kinda just assume she’s invincible, right? So, I decided to do a little digging and see what I could find out about how she stays in shape.

First, I tried just googling “Dawn Staley workout routine.” Man, that was a rabbit hole! Tons of articles, but most of them were just general stuff about her coaching career. Not much about her personal health habits.
So, I switched gears. I figured, she’s a former pro athlete, she’s gotta have some good habits, right? So I started looking for interviews where she might have talked about her diet or exercise. I spent a good hour just clicking through different articles and videos.
My Little “Investigation”
- Started with a general Google search. (Too broad!)
- Switched to searching for interviews. (Better, but still slow going.)
- Found some hints that she’s big on staying active. She mentions about ‘moving’ a lot.
- Nothing was mentioned for a specific diet.
It was all pretty general, though. Then, I remembered! I should check out what other thing I might know. I looked up a video of her, and I noticied that she keep moving!
It’s not some crazy secret workout plan. It’s just about being consistent, listening to your body, and finding ways to move that you actually enjoy. And honestly, that’s something I can get behind. I’m not trying to be a pro athlete, but I do want to be healthier. Dawn Staley is so busy, and also can keep moving. So I should try to keep moving like her!
