Okay, so, I saw this UFC fighter, Bo Nickal, trending the other day. And the talk wasn’t all about his fighting – it was about his hair. Yeah, this dude dyed his hair bright blue! I thought, “What the heck?” I gotta try this.
So, first, I went to the store and got some blue hair dye. I never dyed my hair before. Man, there are a lot of choices! I just grabbed one that looked close enough to Bo’s color.
Getting Started
- Read the instructions: This was important, apparently. There were a lot of warnings and stuff.
- Put on old clothes: Didn’t want to ruin my good shirts.
- Gloves: The instructions said to wear gloves, so I did.
The Dyeing Process
I mixed the dye according to the instructions. It smelled kind of weird. Then came the fun part – actually putting it on my hair. I tried to be neat, but it got messy real quick. Blue dye everywhere! I looked like a smurf. My completion percentage wasn’t great on the first try.
Waiting Game
The instructions said to wait for like 30 minutes. I just scrolled through my phone, trying not to touch anything. I watched some of Bo’s fights and read that he’s worth around $4 million. I’m not there yet.
The Rinse
Finally, time to rinse! I hopped in the shower and washed out all the dye. It took a while to get all the blue out. And guess what? My hair was actually blue!
The Result
It wasn’t exactly like Bo Nickal’s. It’s more like a navy blue. I didn’t care, I felt great, I have completed this “Bo Nickal Blue Hair” challenge! The result is not bad, and maybe I should try to dye it to his level of blue next time. I couldn’t help but laugh at myself. It was a fun little experiment, and now I can say I’ve had blue hair. It will be great to have some blue when representing my school next week. Maybe I’ll try a different color next time. Green, perhaps?
