First, I went through all of Venti’s story quests and appearances in the main storyline. Gotta gather all the clues, you know? The thing is, the game doesn’t just straight up tell you his age. Classic. But there were some interesting tidbits.
So, I learned Venti took the form of a fallen soldier friend, but that doesn’t tell us his real age. It’s more about his choice to look like his friend than anything else. He’s been around since the Archon War, which, if you piece together in-game events, happened like, 2,600 years ago? Give or take.

- Then, I cross-referenced these with the timeline of Teyvat’s history we can figure out from other in-game lore.

My Findings
After all that digging, the most solid conclusion I came to is that Venti is at least 2,600 years old, based on his participation in the Archon War. It’s tricky, because, like, does his age count from when he was a wind spirit, or when he became the Anemo Archon? The game’s not clear on that.
But yeah, it’s safe to say Venti is ancient. At least 2,600 years old, and possibly even older if you count his time as a wind spirit. He’s definitely seen a lot of history in Teyvat!
It was a fun little investigation, though. Makes you appreciate the depth of the lore in Genshin Impact. They really put a lot of thought into these characters and their backstories.
