Okay, so, today I decided to get into some “Wuthering Waves”, right? And I gotta tell you, the whole ‘Exiles’ thing is pretty wild. I started off just messing around, trying to figure out who’s who and what’s what in this game.
First thing I noticed was that these Exiles, they’re not your typical bad guys. It’s like, they’re just trying to make it in this rough world, and sometimes that means doing some sketchy stuff. I dove into some battles, mainly trying to get a feel for the characters. I tried out Jianxin and Chixia, and man, their ultimate moves together? Insane! They really help clear out those gunner Exiles that were giving me a hard time. I barely made it through the third floor of the electric tower, and let me tell you, Jianxin is a lifesaver when it comes to bunching up those enemies.
Then I started thinking about strategy. I read up a bit on who’s supposedly the “best” characters in the game. People talk about tier lists and stuff. I don’t always buy into those, but it’s interesting to see what folks are saying. Like, apparently, this Carlotta character is a big deal in the Glacio crew, something about her being able to throw out a lot of damage quickly because of her Resonance Skill. Sounds powerful, but I haven’t used her yet.
I also noticed that some characters are more popular than others. I heard about Yinlin and Changli, these characters who use something other than Howlers. It’s all a bit confusing, to be honest. I mean there are so many different characters, each with their own thing going on. It’s going to take some time before I figure out who works best together and how to really get good at this game.
So, after a few hours of playing, I started to get a better sense of how things work. I managed to clear a few more areas, got some new gear, and even upgraded a couple of my characters. I am still pretty new at this, but I’m starting to see how it all comes together. It’s not just about brute force; you gotta think about who you’re using and how their abilities work together.
- Tried out Jianxin and Chixia: Their ultimate skills are great for dealing with groups of enemies, especially those annoying gunner Exiles.
- Explored character tier lists: Got an idea of which characters are considered strong, like Carlotta, who’s apparently a top-tier Glacio damage dealer.
- Learned about character popularity: Some characters, like Yinlin and Changli, are well-known for using something other than Howlers.
- Started understanding gameplay mechanics: Realized that strategy is key. It’s not just about power, but also about how characters’ abilities complement each other.
Anyway, that’s where I’m at with “Wuthering Waves” so far. It’s a lot to take in, but I’m getting there. I’ll probably keep messing around with different characters and see what happens. Who knows, maybe I’ll even figure out my own tier list someday. It is been fun, though. Definitely a game that keeps you on your toes.
