So, I saw people online talking about “Damage CTRL” in WWE, and I was like, what’s that? I’m not a big fan of wrestling, but I was curious, so I did a little digging.

First, I checked out what it’s all about. Turns out, Damage CTRL, yeah, they spell it like “control” but say it “damage control”, is a wrestling group in WWE. They’re on the Raw brand, whatever that means. It’s made up of Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane, and Asuka. These girls are apparently pretty tough, they even held some tag team championship three times.
Then I was thinking, why the weird name? I found out Dakota Kai, one of the members, explained it was about “control”. Seemed a bit odd to me, but hey, it’s wrestling, right?
Here’s what I did next: I watched some videos of their matches. These girls are hardcore! They really go at it in the ring. They’ve got all these moves, throws, and jumps. I gotta say, it was more entertaining than I expected.
I also noticed that Asuka and Kairi are the new girls in the group. They joined recently.
My Watching Experience
- Watched a few recent matches on RAW.
- Observed Damage CTRL attacking some other champions. That was wild!
- Realized they are like the tough group in the show, always making trouble.
- Tried to understand the whole storyline, but it’s kinda complex for a newbie like me.
Finally, I kind of get why people like this stuff. It’s like a soap opera but with a lot more action. I still don’t know all the rules, and I’m not sure if I’ll become a regular viewer, but yeah, Damage CTRL definitely got my attention. They’re like a force of nature in there.

I even found some stuff about them attacking current champions! These Damage CTRL girls mean business, I guess. They are called a dominant faction, and I can see why. They seem to always be in the center of the action.
So, that’s my little adventure into the world of WWE and Damage CTRL. It was more interesting than I thought it would be. Maybe I’ll watch a few more matches, who knows?
