Okay, so, today I wanted to share a little adventure I had figuring out who this “Brianna Pugh Peterson” person is. I kept seeing the name pop up in different places, and my curiosity got the better of me. So I decided to roll up my sleeves and do some digging.
First, I just started with a simple search. Turns out, there are a few Brianna Petersons out there. One is married to a baseball player, some guy named Jace Peterson, and they’ve got two little girls, Marley and Maya. Apparently, she also dated another baseball player, Dansby Swanson, before that. But that wasn’t quite who I was searching for.
Then I stumbled upon a Brianna Peterson on a professional networking site. This one’s a big-shot leader type, living in Minneapolis. The profile said she’s “dynamic” and “high-achieving,” which, you know, sounds impressive. She worked at this place called Life Time Inc. and went to Georgia Tech. Definitely not the baseball wife, because she has a different career path.
I kept digging and found another Brianna Peterson who works at some company called Shift, giving advice to financial institutions. It seems like she’s involved in some international human rights stuff. She lives in Bloomington, so it’s probably the same one who works at Life Time Inc. This one is likely the one I’m looking for, she’s the closest, but I wanted to be sure.
There was another one who’s a Student Services Supervisor at a place called “Connecting the Pieces.” She’s got a Penn State education and lives near Philadelphia. This one has a totally different vibe, seems super involved in education and helping people, so this one is not the one I was looking for either.
I even checked social media, because why not? There’s a Brianna Peterson there who’s into music, posting about her gigs and stuff. She seems cool, but her focus on music made me think she’s probably not the business leader. Or maybe she’s a multi-talented individual? Who knows!
Then there’s this Brianna who was a provisional psychologist and media producer. This Brianna has a totally different personality, so she’s also not the one I am looking for.
I also found a tech-related Brianna Peterson who apparently works for a company called TEKsystems in Seattle. The company, Datadog, seems to be into cloud stuff. She has 7 jobs listed on her profile. It’s possible, but I’m not sure this is the one I’m looking for.
So, what did I learn?
- There are a bunch of Brianna Petersons out there, doing all sorts of different things.
- It’s easy to get people mixed up if you’re just going by name.
- The Brianna Peterson I was most likely searching for is probably the business leader in Minneapolis.
It was a fun little investigation, even if it didn’t lead to a super clear answer about one specific person. It just goes to show you that people are complex, and you can’t always judge a book by its cover… or a person by their name and a few online profiles.
