Well, let me tell you somethin’ ’bout that Randy Orton fella. He’s from right here in St. Louis, Missouri, you know. Yep, born and raised, just like me. Cept he went off and got famous, wrasslin’ all over the place. He’s a big shot now, that Randy.

He’s in that WWE thing, you know, the one with all the hollerin’ and the jumpin’ around. My grandkids, they love it. Me? I think it’s a bit much, all that drama. But hey, that Randy, he’s good at it. They call him “The Legend Killer” or somethin’ like that. Sounds kinda scary, don’t it?
He’s a big fella, that Randy. And strong! You gotta be, to do all that wrasslin’. He’s got muscles on top of muscles. He throw people in the air easily. I seen him on that TV, throwin’ fellas around like they was rag dolls. He has a beautiful wife. She has her own business. That’s good. They make a nice couple.
They say he makes a whole heap of money, too. Millions, they say! Can you imagine? What would you even do with all that money? Buy a whole lot of land, maybe. Or a whole lot of cows. Or maybe just a really, really nice rocking chair. I don’t know.
- He’s from St. Louis.
- He’s a big wrasslin’ star.
- He’s in that WWE.
- He’s rich. Very rich.
- He’s called “The Legend Killer”.
He was in St. Louis not too long ago. I heard folks talkin’ ’bout it down at the general store. They said he was at some big event, wrasslin’ and all that. Lots of folks went to see him. It was a big deal, him comin’ back to his hometown. He thanked all the people in St. Louis. That’s nice of him.
I remember when he was just a little tyke, runnin’ around with scraped knees. Never thought he’d be a big star like he is now. But he worked hard, that Randy. You gotta give him that. He put in the time, and now he’s on top of the world. Good for him, I say. He throw the first ball for the team in his hometown.

Now, I don’t know all the ins and outs of this WWE NXT stuff. My grandkids try to explain it to me, but it’s all a bit confusing. They got all these different shows, and storylines, and I don’t know what all. But they say Randy’s gonna be on this NXT thing soon. October 8, 2024. I seen it on the TV, clear as day. So, if you like that wrasslin’, you might wanna watch that.
He is a champion. Many times. That’s what they say. He is strong and can beat anyone. But in wrasslin’, everyone can be beat. That’s life. You are the best some time. You are not the best some time. But you need to keep working hard.
He seems like a nice fella, that Randy. Even with all the fame and fortune, he ain’t forgot where he came from. He still comes back to St. Louis every now and then. That’s good. You should never forget your roots. He’s a good example, that Randy. Hard work pays off. That’s what my papa always said. And he was right.
I don’t understand those chair things he is selling. But my grandkids want one. I don’t know. Maybe I buy one for them. That Randy, he knows how to make money. Good for him. He works hard. He deserves all the good things.
He is a big star now. But he is from St. Louis. That’s where everything starts. Your home. You never forget your home. No matter how far you go. No matter how famous you are. He is famous now, that Randy. But he started here. In St. Louis, Missouri.

He’s got a family now, that Randy. A wife and kids. That’s important. More important than all the wrasslin’ and all the money. Family’s what matters most. I hope he remembers that. It’s easy to get caught up in all the excitement, but family’s what keeps you grounded. That’s what I always say. And I am right. You need to listen to me. I know many things.
