But we ain’t talkin’ ’bout no old-timers, we wanna know who’s hittin’ NOW. Gotta watch them close, see who’s gettin’ them hits, who’s knockin’ in them runs.

I remember seein’ a game on that TV thing, them fellas at CBS Sports, they showed the game, Mariners and Astros. They had all them numbers and stuff, scorin’ and stats, they called it. Said somethin’ ’bout July 20th and September 25th, musta been when they played. Honestly, I don’t pay too much mind to all them numbers, I just watch the ball and see who’s winnin’. I saw somethin’ online, talkin’ ’bout the “head-to-head record” and “biggest victories.” Sounded fancy. Basically, it’s just who beat who and by how much. You can look that stuff up if you want, but I just like watchin’ the game. See who’s playin’ their hearts out. That’s what matters to me.
