Alright, alright, let’s talk about this Monday Night Raw card, you know, the wrestling stuff. I ain’t no expert, but I watch it sometimes when the cows are milked and the chickens are fed. Don’t got much else to do in the evenings, you see.
So, they’re saying it’s gonna be on Monday, December 9th, 2024. That’s a ways off, but time flies like a bat out of hell, don’t it? They’re gonna be in some place called Wichita, at the Intrust Bank Arena. Sounds fancy. Probably got them city folk all dressed up.
Now, what’s gonna happen there? Well, they’re talkin’ about a big fight, a real donnybrook, with them Wyatt Sicks fellas going up against The Final Testament. Don’t ask me who they are, I just heard it on the TV. Sounds like a bunch of angry young men to me. Always fighting, those fellas.
And then there’s this Miz fella. He’s always yappin’ and showin’ off. Don’t know what he’s up to this time, but I bet he’ll be makin’ a big fuss about somethin’. He’s probably wrestling somebody or other, probably yaping about how great he is.
- Main Event: Wyatt Sicks versus The Final Testament – Sounds like a big ol’ brawl.
- The Miz: That loudmouth is gonna be there, doin’ whatever he does.
- Championship Match: There’s gonna be some kinda championship match, for the women this time. They call it the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Good for them gals, showin’ them men how it’s done.
They also said somethin’ about Drew McIntyre comin’ back. That fella’s a big one, strong as an ox. Heard he kicked some fella named Sami Zayn right in the face. Ouch! Wonder what got him all riled up? Probably just showin’ off I reckon. These wrestlers, they love to make a scene.
And there’s that Seth Rollins fella too. He’s gonna be fightin’ this big fella called Bronson Reed. They call him “Big” Bronson Reed, so I guess he’s really somethin’. Sounds like a heavyweight match-up to me, gonna be a lot of gruntin’ and slammin’ going on.
Oh, and that young fella, Bron Breakker, he’s got somethin’ they call the Intercontinental Championship, and he’s puttin’ it on the line, meanin’ he could lose it. Guess he thinks he’s tough enough to keep it. Hope he don’t get his bell rung too bad.
So, that’s about all I know about this Monday Night Raw card. Sounds like a whole lotta fightin’ to me. They’ll be punchin’ and kickin’ and grapplin’, and the crowd will be yellin’ and screamin’. It’s all a bit much for an old lady like me, but it’s somethin’ to watch, I guess. Keeps you from thinkin’ about the price of eggs and the weather.
I reckon a lot of folks will be watchin’ this thing. It’s always on the TV, and the young’uns seem to like it. They like seeing them big fellas flyin’ around and smashin’ into each other. Me? I just hope nobody gets hurt too bad. It’s all just pretend anyway, ain’t it?
Anyway, that’s the rundown. Wichita, December 9th, 8 pm. Wyatt Sicks, The Final Testament, The Miz, Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker. That’s a whole lotta names to remember. I’ll probably forget half of ‘em by the time Monday rolls around. But I’ll be watchin’ if the cows cooperate and the chickens don’t get into too much mischief. It’ll probably be a hoot, even if I don’t understand half of what’s going on.
They always makin’ such a big fuss about these matches, yellin’ and carryin’ on. But sometimes it’s fun to watch, you know? Just to see what all the hubbub is about. I’ll make myself a cup of tea and see if them fellas can entertain me for a bit. Hopefully it won’t be a snoozer.
So, there you have it. My take on this Monday Night Raw thing. Like I said, I ain’t no expert, but I know what I see. And what I see is a whole lotta wrestlin’ and a whole lotta noise. And sometimes, that’s all you need to pass the time.
