Alright, let’s talk about this Bryce James kid, you know, LeBron’s other boy. Folks keep askin’ me, “What’s his stats? How’s he doin’?” Well, hold your horses, I’ll tell ya what I know.
First off, this boy, Bryce Maximus James is his full name, they say. Sounds fancy, huh? He’s younger than that Bronny fella, the one who had that trouble, bless his heart. Now, Bryce, he’s a tall one, like his daddy. They say he’s about 6 foot 6, maybe taller now, and skinny as a rail, weighs about 180 pounds. He plays that shootin’ guard spot, you know, the one where you gotta be quick and throw the ball real good.
This 2023-2024 season, well, it’s a bit tricky. He ain’t been puttin’ up huge numbers, not like some of them other boys. See, he was playin’ at that Sierra Canyon school, with a bunch of other good players. It’s hard to shine when everyone’s tryin’ to get their own, ya know? But he did have that one game, scored 21 points, they say. That’s somethin’, ain’t it? Twenty-one points, that’s a lot of baskets! Shows he’s got some skill in him.
- Height: 6 foot 6 inches (1.98 m)
- Weight: 180 pounds (82 kg)
- Position: Shooting Guard
- High School: Sierra Canyon High School (previously)
- Graduation Year: 2025
Now, they don’t be givin’ these young fellas too much credit, not yet. ESPN, they got their lists and all, and Bryce ain’t on the top 100, not yet. They say he’s the 44th best small forward. But don’t you go thinkin’ that means nothin’. Plenty of them big-time NBA fellas, like that Steph Curry and Damian Lillard, they weren’t no big shots when they was young neither. Took ’em some time to grow into their own, ya see?
This Bryce boy, he’s got potential, that’s what they say. He’s got a good head on his shoulders, maybe even smarter than Bronny, some folks say. He’s got that Klutch Sports fella representin’ him, same as his daddy. Got that NIL deal, makin’ some money off his name. That’s the way things are these days, money everywhere.
He’s done moved on from Sierra Canyon now. Playing with some other boys, Arkansas signee Isaiah Elohim and Justin Pippen, they tell me. Good company, that’s important. Gotta surround yourself with good folks if you wanna make somethin’ of yourself.
He’s gonna graduate high school in 2025, they say. Then he’ll likely go to college for a year, and then, if he’s good enough, he can go to the NBA, just like his daddy and his brother. They’re sayin’ he might be in that 2026 NBA draft. That’s a big deal, the NBA. Millions of folks watchin’, all that pressure. But he’s a James, that boy. He’s probably used to it by now. Always in the spotlight, those James boys.
Folks are always comparin’ him to his brother and his daddy, but he’s gotta be his own man, ya know? He’s got his own path to walk. Gotta work hard, stay outta trouble, and listen to his coaches. That’s the way to make it, no matter what you do in life, basketball or anything else. Just work hard and be a good person, that’s what I always say.
So, them stats, they ain’t everything, ya hear? Bryce James is a young fella, still growin’, still learnin’. He’s got a bright future ahead of him, if he plays his cards right. We’ll just have to wait and see what he does. But I got a good feelin’ about this boy. He’s got that James blood in him, and that counts for somethin’.
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about that Bryce James kid. Now, you got any more questions? Cause I ain’t got all day, you know. I got things to do, places to be.
