Alright, listen up, y’all! Let’s talk about this Marvel Snap thingy, the July season pass in 2024. I don’t know much about these fancy games, but my grandson keeps yappin’ about it, so I figured I’d try and make sense of it for ya.
So, this July thing, they call it a season pass. Sounds like somethin’ you need a ticket for, like gettin’ on a bus, but it’s in that game. My grandson says there’s new cards, all sorts of characters. He keeps yellin’ about Gwenpool and some fella named Bob from Hydra. Sounds like a bunch of silly names to me, but he says they’re strong. There’s also Ajax, Copycat, and Cassandra Nova. Honestly, I can’t keep track of all these names, it’s like a whole village of superheroes and villains!
Now, from what I gather, people are always wonderin’ if these new cards are worth savin’ up for. Savin’ up for what? Beats me. But they get all worked up about it. My grandson’s always lookin’ at these “breakdowns” and “potential” stuff. He says some cards are better than others, some help you win more. Sounds like horse racin’ to me, some horses are faster, some ain’t. Same with these cards, I guess.
- Gwenpool, that’s one of the new ones. I hear she’s kinda tricky, does all sorts of weird stuff.
- Bob from Hydra…well, he’s with Hydra, those bad guys, so he’s probably up to no good. But in the game, bein’ bad might be good, if you know what I mean.
- Ajax, sounds like a cleaner to me, the kind you use on your bathtub. But in this game, I reckon he’s tough.
- Copycat, well that one’s easy. She copies things, like my neighbor’s kid always copyin’ my grandkid.
- Cassandra Nova, sounds fancy, like someone from the city. Probably powerful too, those city folks always think they’re better than us.
They also talk about this “Maximum Effort” thing. Sounds like my day tryin’ to keep up with the chickens and the garden. But in the game, it means you get a bunch of stuff for buyin’ that season pass. More cards, more shiny things, I guess. They got all sorts of value breakdowns and whatnot. My grandson spends hours lookin’ at that stuff. He says it’s important to get the most bang for your buck. I say it’s important to get your chores done before supper.
Now, this whole season thingy, it don’t last forever. It starts around July 9th and ends on August 6th. That’s not even a whole month! Seems kinda short to me. Like pickin’ berries, you barely get started and it’s time to move on to somethin’ else. And they keep addin’ new cards all the time. I heard somethin’ about Galacta and Iron Patriot comin’ later, in 2025. Galacta, that sounds like somethin’ outta space. And Iron Patriot, well, he sounds like he loves America, just like my old man did. Galacta apparently makes your first card stronger if you play it somewhere else. And Iron Patriot? He gives you another random 4-cost card when you play him. Sounds complicated.
So, is this July season pass worth it? Well, that depends on what you like, I reckon. If you like those superheroes and villains and all that fancy stuff, maybe it is. My grandson seems to think so, but he also thinks eatin’ candy for breakfast is a good idea. Me? I’d rather spend my time in the garden. But hey, to each their own, right? Just don’t spend all your money on it, ya hear? You still gotta eat and pay your bills.
In short, this July season pass is all about new cards, and people want to know if they are good. They talk about Gwenpool, Bob from Hydra, Ajax, Copycat, and Cassandra Nova. There is also this “Maximum Effort” thing where you get a lot of stuff. The season starts July 9th and ends August 6th, and there are more cards coming later. It’s up to you if you want to spend your money on it. Just be smart about it, okay?
That’s all I got for ya on this Marvel Snap July season pass. Hope it makes some kinda sense. If not, well, ask your grandkids, they probably know more than me.
