Alright, so I’ve been messing around with this Arishem deck in Marvel Snap, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I started off thinking, “Okay, big guy, big power, gotta be good, right?” Wrong. I got absolutely crushed. Turns out, just slapping down a 7-cost card isn’t a winning strategy.

So, I went back to the drawing board. I started looking at cards that could help me cheat Arishem out early. You know, stuff like Electro and Wave. The idea is to get him on the board before turn 7, giving me a huge power advantage.
Building the Deck
Here’s what I did:
- I added Electro. His ongoing ability to give me +1 energy each turn is crucial.
- Wave was next. Playing her on turn 3 means I can drop Arishem on turn 4.
- Then I threw in some supporting cards. Jubilee is great for pulling big cards from my deck, potentially even Arishem himself.
- Sunspot helps to not wasting engergy.
- I also included some control cards, like Sandman. He slows down my opponent, making it harder for them to counter my big plays.
I spent a good few hours tweaking the deck, swapping cards in and out. I played a bunch of games, some wins, some losses. It was all about figuring out what worked and what didn’t.
Finally, I felt like I had something solid. I was consistently getting Arishem out early, and the supporting cards were doing their job. It’s not a foolproof deck, of course. There are still counters and bad draws to worry about. But it’s definitely fun, and when it works, it feels amazing.
The key takeaway? Don’t just throw big cards in a deck and expect to win. Think about the synergy, the strategy, and how the cards work together. And be prepared to experiment! It took some time, I am still in the practice, but I finally feel like I’m starting to understand how to make this Arishem deck work for me, it is really fun to play.
