Okay, so I saw everyone online talking about the Easter Egg Hunt in MLB The Show 24, and I figured, why not give it a shot? I’m not the best player, but I like collecting stuff, and who doesn’t love a good Easter egg hunt?

First, I fired up the game and headed straight to Diamond Dynasty mode. That’s where all the action is, apparently. I spent a good few minutes just poking around, trying to figure out where to even begin. The menus can be a little overwhelming, you know?
Then, I remembered seeing something about a special “Easter” program. I found it after some scrolling, and that’s where the hunt really started. It’s all about finding these hidden eggs in different moments and challenges.
The first one I tackled was in one of the “Starter” moments, I believe. I played through it, doing what it asked, and bam! There was the first egg. It was a nice little reward for completing the moment. Felt good!
The hard part was all the next ones, I played through them too, but nothing…it was a little confused!
My Easter Egg Hunting Strategy (Such As It Was)
- Read everything carefully: The clues are sometimes hidden in the descriptions of the moments or challenges. I missed a few at first because I was rushing.
- Try different things: Some eggs might require you to do something specific, like hit a home run or strike out a certain batter. I experimented a bit, even if it meant failing the moment a few times.
- Check every mode: I looked in all kinds of places, from Conquest maps to Showdown challenges. I even glanced at the online modes, just in case.
- Take my time: it wasn’t a rush, but it did take time, I would say a couple of hours or so!
Honestly, it was a lot of trial and error. I spent a good chunk of my evening just playing different parts of Diamond Dynasty, hoping to stumble upon more eggs. I managed to find a few more by just playing and trying different things. Some of them were surprisingly well-hidden!

By the end of the night, I found most but not all of them. It’s pretty fun, if you’re into that sort of thing. A nice little distraction from the usual grind, and the rewards seem pretty decent, too! I got some packs and stubs, which is always welcome.
I did complete it, that was a great and happy night!
