Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into this “Classified Technologies” thing in Escape from Tarkov lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I figured I’d share my experience, what I did, and what I learned, ’cause, man, it was a process.
Getting Started (and Getting Lost)
First off, I had no clue where to even begin. I knew it was a quest, I knew it involved some fancy tech, but that was about it. So, like any sane person, I started hitting up the forums and watching some videos. It seemed like the Customs map was the place to be, specifically the new construction area. So, that’s where I headed.
The Scav Hunt Begins
I spent a good few raids just getting familiar with the area. Died a bunch, of course, ’cause Customs is, well, Customs. But I started noticing these little details. The quest description mentions “secure folders” and something about a “radio transmitter.” So my eyes were peeled for anything that looked even remotely like those things.
I foucsed my looting in the area, I killed some scavs, and found noting. I decided to expand my searching to the whole map.
Putting the Pieces Together
It took a while, but I finally started making some progress. It felt like piecing together a really confusing puzzle, but I realized all the items can be found on the same map. After I collected all the items, I went to the final spot. I placed the items and the task was done!
I’ve still got a lot to learn. But I figured sharing my initial struggles and tiny victories might help someone else out there. Good luck, and happy raiding!
